Ralph Horne History: Thirty years ago, in 1975, our neighbor, Ralph Horne, wrote a history of the South End. Ralph, who is a long time resident of Wellington Street, never published his work, but has graciously allowed CNA to print excerpts of it on our Web site for the delight and education of our readers. We will be publishing installments over the coming months.
